Hoa Binh Park is one of Hanoi's major, iconic parks, located on Pham Van Dong Street in Xuan Dinh Ward. It was inaugurated in 2000 to commemorate the 990th anniversary of Thang Long – Hanoi and to mark the city receiving the "City for Peace" title from UNESCO.
The park features an open layout with a large regulating lake and expansive green lawns, making it an ideal spot for jogging, exercising, roller-skating, or taking a leisurely stroll. Open-air cafes, such as VM Garden Coffee, are available within the grounds for visitors to relax and enjoy the scenery.
