Tam Coc – Bich Dong is a complex of caves located in Nam Hoa Lu ward, Ninh Binh province. It is a key national tourist area in Vietnam. The entire area includes a system of limestone caves and historical relics. The Trang An - Tam Coc scenic complex has been classified as a special national monument by the Prime Minister of Vietnam and has been recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage site. Main experience: Taking a small boat ride along the winding Ngo Dong River, passing through rocky cliffs and rice fields. Best time to visit: Late May to early June each year, when the rice paddies on both sides of the river turn a brilliant golden color, creating a vibrant and romantic scene.
